Founded on a Practical Question
Synthorai was founded in Kuala Lumpur after a recurring observation: Malaysian organisations were eager to explore AI but lacked a structured path to do so wisely. Many had encountered vendors promoting tools before understanding whether those tools suited the organisation's actual situation.
We established Synthorai to address that gap — bringing together expertise in strategy, change management, and technology governance to help business leaders ask better questions before making costly decisions.
Our work is grounded in the belief that sustainable AI adoption requires honest organisational self-assessment, a deliberate roadmap, and ongoing alignment between technical teams and business leadership.
